Cross River Kidnap

Four days after their abduction in cross river state, 3 Australians and one south African have been regained their freedom. The state's security adviser says they were release unhurt and no ransom was paid.

Jimoh Ozi-Obeh, the Cross River state commissioner of police, confirmed that the men were not hurt after being released, but refused to give the names of the abductees.

According to the state governor’s security adviser, Jude Ngajim: “They are safe and sound,” he said, noting that a doctor had made medical checks and pronounced them “fit and sound.
